Yesterday I saw on the Catalan TV news (TV3) that the Autonomous Government of Catalonia (Generalitat de Catalunya) has opensed a video canal on YouTube. Although there is very little content at the moment, this move represents a great change in the thinking of the Administration and is to be welcomed.
