The creation of the Catalan Housing Agency began to be talked about a few months ago. Our future bosses are interviewing each person to know how we are in our positions and will accept any suggestions about changes.
During a yoga class, while I was doing the cool down, I was thinking about how I could change my job. I decided to propose the introduction of web 2.0 tools. For about a year I have been using web 2.0.
Maybe it came about in an individualistic way, but with each day I am more enthusiastic about improving communication between the citizen and local government and between council workers.

Right now I’m working on the project daily using web 2.0 tools such as Twitter, Seesmic. YouTube, SlideShare, Netvibes, etc., and attending as many conferences and workshops on the subject as I can. This blog is part of the process.
